The Academy Fund has made another loan on the beautiful Lake Travis (outside of Austin, TX) for $2.115M. This new build will be a 6,500+ square foot single family luxury home. We have also allocated additional loan funds to the 10304 Circle Drive community in Austin – 4,180 square foot new construction single family home. Loans from the Academy Fund are secured by first lien positions; it provides monthly distributions ranging 8.5% - 10% per year, and is available to all accredited investors.
