Meet Brett Hadley
Brett Hadley is a 2005 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and a soon-to-be Air Force retiree. Over the course of nearly 24 years, he has led teams and solved big problems across healthcare, defense procurement, and deployment operations. He helped modernize clinical systems, advised on billion-dollar space assets, and drove infrastructure efforts on the ground in Afghanistan.
Today, he brings that same focus and drive to BAB Investments, a capital and impact firm transforming lives through real estate, strategic investments, and philanthropic partnerships. As Managing Partner, Brett leads capital strategy and investor relations, guiding the firm’s work in acquiring and optimizing value-add real estate, including multifamily, motels, STRs, and storage. BAB also backs ventures that support veterans, mental health, and special needs communities.
Their mission is simple but powerful: to connect people, capital, and purpose, and create generational impact in underserved communities.
