He entered real estate after years of building and operating businesses, eventually developing a vertically integrated investment company in Omaha, Nebraska. His platform includes in-house property management, lending, insurance, title services, and construction support, which helps streamline operations and maintain consistency across projects.
His real estate approach has been shaped by negotiation and communication methods he learned while studying with FBI negotiator Chris Voss. These principles guide how he builds relationships, evaluates opportunities, and navigates off-market deals.
Michael’s investment strategy focuses on long-term value, disciplined acquisitions, and structured operations. Today, he continues to expand Freed By Real Estate and contribute to the growth of the communities where he works.
