Based in Dayton, Ohio, Wil leads a fully integrated real estate company that manages over 570 single-family rental properties and operates in-house teams for property management, private lending, insurance, title services, and even cabinetry and flooring.

Will began his real estate journey with single-family home acquisitions and has since scaled his operations to focus on revitalizing distressed housing across the Midwest. By building everything under one roof, he’s able to control costs, speed up renovations, and maintain consistent quality across his portfolio.

Shaped by his military background, Wil brings focus, precision, and long-term vision to every deal. His goal is to grow the company to 1,000 homes by 2030. He continues to create housing opportunities that support families and strengthen communities.
